RETURN POLICY
We're committed to making sure you are in love with your earthtoskinbeauty.com purchase! If you're not absolutely satisfied, please contact us immediately and we will discuss options to make it right on a case by case basis. Your return process must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your purchase in order to be eligible for a refund, exchange or gift card credit. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. If you feel your circumstances are exceptional and you are now outside of this policy, please email support hello@earthtoskinbeauty.com

If we have authorized a return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to process. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot change the payment method for any refund. Additionally, original shipping fees will not be refunded.

FINAL SALE
Hand sanitizers are not eligible for return and are final sale.
If your return box contains hand sanitizer, you will not be refunded or credited any value for them.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
If the shipping address is adjusted after the order is confirmed, you will be subject to additional shipping change fees.
