We make every effort to ship your product the same day as you order, or the next business day. Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 1-2 business days, unless noted as a pre-order. Orders placed from 1pm EST Friday to midnight EST Sunday are processed the following Monday. We do not ship on standard U.S. holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday), Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.

For United States shipments we currently use USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipments are usually faster than expected: our door-to-door delivery averages 2 to 7 business days.

Orders of $75 or more ship free (free shipping on orders $75 or more excludes promotional/discount codes).

Sales tax is collected on all orders in states where applicable at the designated rate.

We currently ship to customers in the United States and Canada. We do not ship to other countries at this time.

Yes, customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes. Please note that delays at customs are beyond our control.

We want you to be totally thrilled with your Earth To Skin products. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, opened or unopened products can be returned for a refund or a store credit for a full 30 days after you order.

Email us at hello@earthtoskinbeauty.com within 30 days and we will help you get started. You will need to return the item(s) to us at your expense, and please include your packing slip so your return is processed correctly. Once we receive and process your return, we will refund the price of your items (excluding shipping charges or any customs, duties, or taxes that may have applied to your order). Please allow up to 4 weeks for the credit to appear on your statement. Customers may receive one refund per month, and refunds are not applicable to store credit purchases.

This option reduces shipping and processing waste. Instead of sending the product back, we give you a store credit for any purchase from the past 30 days that you are not satisfied with, and you keep the product (or pass it on to someone who might enjoy it more). Email hello@earthtoskinbeauty.com to get started. Customers are limited to 1 Sustainable Eco-Friendly Return per 60-day period, and a limit of 3 products total on eligible orders per household.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Sales tax is charged where applicable.

Yes, but only one code per order. Certain items and sale items may be excluded. Codes cannot be applied after an order is processed.

Yes, there are fragrance free options across the line: Bouncy Butter Baby Lotion, Healing Hero Multipurpose Balm, Squeaky Clean 2-in-1 Baby Shampoo + Body Wash, and Squeaky Soft Baby Conditioner are each available fragrance free. The shampoo + body wash and the conditioner are also available in Lavender, and Forget Me Knot Leave-In Detangler comes in Sweet Nectar.

All seven Earth To Skin Baby products are free of parabens, sulfates, phthalates, gluten, petrolatum, and mineral oil.

Three products have been awarded the National Eczema Association Seal of Acceptance™: Bouncy Butter Baby Lotion - Fragrance Free, Healing Hero Multipurpose Balm - Fragrance Free, and Squeaky Clean 2-in-1 Baby Shampoo + Body Wash - Fragrance Free. The National Eczema Association awards the seal to products that are deemed suitable for people with eczema or sensitive skin, based on strict ingredient and clinical safety testing standards established by the National Eczema Association’s Scientific Oversight Committee.

Five products are EWG VERIFIED®: Bouncy Butter Baby Lotion - Fragrance Free, Healing Hero Multipurpose Balm - Fragrance Free, Squeaky Clean 2-in-1 Baby Shampoo + Body Wash in both Fragrance Free and Lavender, and Forget Me Knot Leave-In Detangler - Sweet Nectar. The Squeaky Soft Baby Conditioners (Fragrance Free and Lavender) are not EWG VERIFIED® and were not awarded the National Eczema Association Seal of Acceptance™.
