Mixed feelings unfortunately

I have been purchasing your day and night cream for the last few years.

My last “batch” I purchased the covers cracked on both creams. My latest purchase the same thing has happened. Did you change the quality of the cover??
My day cream the cover completely cracked and broke onto 3 pieces (and I just opened it a week ago). So I had to figure out something to keep it in another container.
It’s not like all of a sudden I’m changing the pressure on closing the jar. And it’s also not the first time I’ve purchased these creams.ive probably been using them for the last 3-4 years.
Unfortunately, of this continues to happen, I will probably not be purchasing them anymore.
Guess we will see… I have a supply of 3 day creams and 5 night creams to find out.
So disappointed 😔

My absolute favorite skincare line ever

I love the entire tea time line. It makes my skin look dewey and hydrated.

Best moisturizer ever

I personally have very dry, dehydrated, acne prone and sensitive skin. Everything else I have tried has not tailored to every skin concern I have except for the tea time line moisturizers. My skin has never looked better than when using this line.
I stopped using it for so long because they stopped selling in Walmart and then all of earth to skin shut down and I was so sad. My skin went haywire after that having to try other products.
Now that they have this back in stock and available to buy, I will continue to use this only. Already after one use on my skin, my skin has its glow and hydration back that it was craving. Please never discontinue this line.
